I was extremely shocked regarding the customer service here, I always come to Leyton jubilee park everyone around here is so sweet. So the first time I try to come to the cafe, the door was shut, It was only 2pm, I rang the bell twice to no answer, I went the other entrance and said “I’m sorry are you open” I was the immediately shouted at by a big American woman screaming at me from inside the cafe “ CANT YOU SEE IM ON THE PHONE” and she was waving her phone about like a lunatic, I was in complete shock?! I have never encountered someone so rude in my life, i was about to walk away but then

We had our twins 3rd birthday party in the secret garden and it was magical!!! What a fantastic space! Joy is fantastic and so helpful! The space was perfect and such a hidden gem. Would highly recommend this to anyone for any sort of party really. It’s enclosed and secure and just wow!

Been having my kids parties here for years and can safely say its an amzing, truly magical enviroment and a wonderful place to have a nice drink or just chat with the locals. The staff are so kind, the atmosphere is peacful, the lawn outside is versitile and is great for many different occasions. Genuinely such a sweet place.

It is not just a cafe it's actually a place where you can do community get together. I have been using the room upstairs and the owner Joy is a beautiful soul. We used it to meet Book club/Qur'an club every Tuesday morning and for coffee mornings every Friday. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Thanks for the opportunity. Free parking for up to 3 hours and the best walking woodland within minutes
