Not great even for Mc Donalds. The rewards code system did not work, the food was cold and poorly prepared. They managed to get my two item order wrong and when confronted the staff member was rude and dismissive. The place was clean which saved it from a one star.

DO NOT RECOMMEND, incapable staff! The large fries I ordered basically empty, I ordered and payed for 7 extra dips to go with my dippers, nuggets and selects but none arrived so now food is dry and I have no straw for my milkshake, shocking employees aren’t even capable of reading an order on a receipt, very disappointing, this is about the 5th time this has happened to me while ordering with Lichfield market street McDonalds through uber eats over the past few months and even though I report it then don’t seem to care as nothings changed!

It was ice cold in here with the Air Conditioning being on so it was brilliant to be sat inside with all this heat. Had the new big arch burger which was really good plus the new toffee apple pie and biscoff ice frappe thing. Everything was excellent.

The lady who served me at the till was extremely polite and welcoming, she seemed genuinely interested in giving me a good service. I have been to a lot of McDonald's stores and understandably it can be quite difficult for staff to maintain their enthusiasm but this lady's service genuinely surprised me in a positive way. Also, the food was fresh and prepared quickly.
