First time in Liverpool and this happens! Poodling around the docks and came across this restaurant. What caught my eye was the Sea Bass. I decided to try this place. They served small plates which is perfect for a solo traveler like myself but also for larger groups who like to share. I ordered the sea bass with capers and falafel. I can only say that the food here is absolutely delicious along with a nice Whip Royale cocktail (peach, elderflower, cardamom, proseco, and cucumber). Refreshing and most delightful brunch! Now I will be reminiscing this until next time I return.

Maray exceeded every expectation. Outstanding vegan options, not an afterthought, but genuinely the highlight of the menu. The food is carefully prepared, full of flavour, and the cosy atmosphere and excellent service make the whole experience feel special. The chocolate garnacha dessert alone is worth the trip. One of my most favorite restaurants in the world. Concept is simple and so well-executed. Veg options galore and each is well thought out and packed with flavor. Bf equally enjoyed the carnivore options. Cocktails are v creative, flavorful, and strong. Desserts are perfect too. Truly nothing to complain about. This location is perfectttt for a date night. Just wish all seats had the view to the dock/more outdoor seating. 10/10 and will always return.
