Always love to go here. We don't have many Indian restaurants around East Calder. This has exceptional service and taste! And they customise it as per my preference. I have been telling all my friends from Edinburgh to give them a try. Particularly love veg Manchurian, paneer tikka and veg biryani that they do. It's often very quite.

I came here yesterday with my beautiful friend who does not live very far and we looked around at few places and seen this place with lovely looking pictures of food! Why a big regret and total waste of money I will never ever come here ever again the food was tasteless totally disgusting! Did not enjoy it at all also got them to take away lamb ponds what a joke that was black pindi! Yuk took and brought it back within two mins as if that would make a difference did not eat the rubber lamb horrible yuk one of the worst place ever!! We ordered a takeaway for dinner this evening. Service was really quick however when my korma arrived it had a long dark hair in it. Very disappointed. We had to request a refund through scoffable which was fair enough but I took the meal back to the restaurant. I spoke to the manager who was apologetic and insisted it happened during the packaging. I explained thats not good enough they need to look at better precautionary measures. I am severely disappointed as this was the first time we have ordered and we were recommended the Bayleaf for the food quality. I am 100% this has put me off ever

Last night (Saturday), we called the restaurant at 7:20pm as we were heading out to the cinema at 9pm. Before placing our order, we explicitly asked how long delivery would take. We were told 1 hour, maximum 1 hour 15 minutes. That seemed fair for a busy Saturday evening. We placed the order expecting it to arrive on time so we could eat before leaving. 1 hour 15 minutes later… no delivery. Not even a phone call to inform us of any delay. I then called the restaurant and was simply told that the driver was on the way and would probably arrive in 10–15 minutes. They then asked what we wanted
