Ordered chips here tonight the staff were great the place was nice and clean but unfortunately the food isnt great we had 2 jumbo sausages kids chips and fish and chips and unfortunately it all went in the bin it was awful. Chips soggy batter on the fish was soggy and my 18month old baby loves chips but he even refused chips tonight and that must mean there bad. Need to take pride in there cooking chips need be cooked longer and the fish aswell. Awful meal. Rate the food minus 5 Service + 5 the best thing about this visit Food rubbish went in the bin

My husband went to this chippy last night for the first time. Proper chips, lovely fish! And burger and the gravy is really nice and enjoyed it so much We went back today for chips and gravy for our lunch and my husband said the people who work there couldn’t be any nicer

I really can’t understand why this place doesn’t have a higher than 4.4 rating. Unfortunately, I think a couple of petty grievances have pulled it down. We’ve been to Queens multiple times over a number of years and I can honestly say it’s up there with some of the best Fish and Chips we’ve ever had… and that’s compared to a number of highly rated places across the country. Huge portions and great value for money too. I’m only sorry we don’t live nearby now, but we try to grab some Fish and Chips when we’re heading through Llanelli.
