Unbelievable service. I went inside at 4:00 AM—when the restaurant was completely empty and there was absolutely no rush—and still ended up waiting 15 minutes for a single coffee because the staff completely forgot my order. When I finally brought my receipt to the counter to ask about it, there was zero apology. If the team can't manage basic customer service or a simple coffee when the store is dead, management has a serious training problem here. Avoid this location.

The tables were fine. Mostly clean. However the toilets were awful, and a staff member was just coming out of the ladies before I went in, and clearly didn't care that they were a mess. Toilets might be checked regularly but they certainly aren't cleaned regularly.

Slow and disinterested service. Really quiet but a long wait for food. What happened to the atmosphere and hussle at McDonald's? Lots of customers standing around waiting for food at a souless, silent counter. It's not good.

I’m honestly disgusted. Every single time they forget the sauces! For some items on the menu, the sauce is literally the most important part. Mcdonald app doesnt even have a report option
