DO NOT STOP HERE, save your money. we were quickly sat at a table and ordered a soup, fish and chips and an egg sandwich as a family of four. We got handed dirty and VERY greasy glasses with visible stains. then the food came. The soup was fine and tasted fine enough. But the egg sandwich and fish was.. not, the first thing to come was the egg sandwich it was a plane cold piece of white bread with a single egg inside, not even egg salad like they said. The good - Food was nice and decently priced. Staff were friendly and food was served quickly. The bad - We were told cash only, however subsequently we saw other customers paying by card. We ordered an English breakfast which includes coffee or tea (we picked coffee), and also ordered toast and tea. However, we were charged for English breakfast, toast and coffee just to earn a few extra pence from us (the a la carte coffee is £3.30 while the tea is £2.50). Not sure if we are being picked on because we are Asian tourists.

Stopped in for breakfast on a Tuesday morning. They offer a few tables and a couple outside, although with everyone rushing to work it seemed uncomfortable to sit outside. The staff were friendly and the food was quickly served. Again, quick no fuss. There are no restrooms in this restaurant.

We popped in here for breakfast on a Saturday morning as we were passing on our way to the tube. So glad we did. The food was great and the service was friendly and prompt. Really good value too, especially as its so close to tourist attractions. I had the bacon, sausage and egg sandwich and it kept me going all day!!
