Food was fine, served very fast for a Friday dinner time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would especially return for Nelson's Rides & Attractions that were operating in the pub garden. Our daughter had an absolute blast, they were very kind, welcoming and salt-of-the earth type people who were operating the inflatables. Would definitely return for as long as these guys are in the garden!

Arrived when it was relatively busy and placed our food and drink order. It came out quickly and there were lots of staff and the pub was clean and fresh. Toilets were immaculate. The food was fresh tasty and 💯 worth the money and felt like it was great value. Couldn’t ask for more will return again.

Review update: My son recently took me back here for my birthday. They have undergone a full renovation, introduced a new menu and upgraded the equipment there. The food on the new menu was delicious, the service just as good as before and great staff. We will be going again soon, the atmosphere is always great and we always have a good time. ----- I hadn't been here for over 20 years until my son invited me over for a night out, a meal, play some pool and darts. The Bridge underwent refurbishment last summer (2025) which has really freshened it up. Thankfully, they retained the wonderful staff and Lou and Leigh are really community focused and want to see the Bridge flourish and also maintain the long standing place it holds in a lot of locals hearts. (It's not just about serving pints - for example I recently lost my cat and they were the first to put posters up and on their page). There's a large garden/outdoor area - which is great for all the events they hold throughout summer or just somewhere to take 5 if you need a breather on a busy night. Ma
