Would like to shout out to the Chef Stephen, such a nice friendly man. I asked for a soft Yorkshire and there wasn't any so I didn't have one. 5 minutes later, he brought me one out specially to the table. He went above and beyond and made me feel very accommodated. The yorkshire pudding was very tasty, I might add. He also opened a fresh mac n cheese for my daughter as that is all she'd eat and the last bit of the open one was dry. He had a very friendly persona and made our whole experience very enjoyable. Our waitress was also very friendly, smiley and chatty. 5/6/26 - 4pm

I’ve visited this carvery a number of times & it’s always been great service, this time was no exception! From the speedy service to the brilliant service team they have on shift there, everything runs smoothly & efficiently. Our server Helen was lovely, service with a smile & friendly, she gave us plenty of time between popping back to see if everything was all good. We couldn’t have wanted anything else. Will definitely be coming back again!

We had a fantastic experience at Toby Carvery Loughborough. We were a group of six, including two children, and everything was excellent. A special thank you to Stan, who looked after us. He was friendly, professional, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. His great attitude and excellent customer service really made our visit enjoyable. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and thanks to Stan’s outstanding service, we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
