Stayed here for business. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location is convenient for Winnersh Triangle. Unfortunately, my stay was overshadowed by a safety issue. The shower head suddenly fell off while I was using it and landed on my foot. It was painful at the time and, even now, my foot is still hurting. What frustrated me most was the complete lack of concern from reception when I reported it. I wasn't looking for compensation, just a bit of empathy, an apology and reassurance that the issue would be investigated. Instead, I felt as though nobody cared and the incident

Great value. Excellent location (to/from Heathrow/London) Room needed cosmetic attention. Bathroom shower black mold on the grout behind the shower curtain, an area that looked like it was to much hassle to clean. Water marks on the bathroom walls. Noisy air con. The staff are friendly and helpful.

It was all going so well until breakfast. Parking was free. Check in was easy using the machine as there was initially no member of staff to physically check us in. Room was clean and very comfortable. Shower pressure was great and there was no stupid flow limiter on the taps which was excellent to see in a Premier Inn for once. The aircon worked great too. Up until this point, I thought this was an excellent example of a Premier Inn. The slight letdown was breakfast however. Love this hotel! I’ve stayed a few times now and I will keep coming back. The staff are really welcoming and fun to talk to and the rooms are quiet and nice and clean. Just what you expect and want from a Premier Inn. This is definitely one of the best.
