Lovely place to eat and drink. Looking over the sea, right on the prom, nice stroll after food n drinks. Lovely carvery on Sundays. Clean smart & modern interior, however the downstairs ladies toilet needs a make over! Not stayed here so can't comment on bedrooms.

As soon as you walk in you'll be aware that this is a high end establishment, it offers spectacular sea views too! I went for the burger and chips, it was probably the best burger I've ever had and I'm a burger geek! The chips are cut like French fries but are fried like chip shop chips and are excellent too! This is a really great establishment!

Absolutely fantastic stay, staff can't do enough for you , helpful kind. Food gorgeous, we had cooked breakfast to order delicious food hot and table service excellent. They have the best tea and scones . Directly on the beach front, free parking . Genuinely lovely stay.

Booked by phone. Seaview was changed to car park view by the time I arrived.! The room was not on the seafront but in an annex one road back. Even though it was described by staff as being one of their most modern rooms there was a pervading mould/rot problem emanating from the bathroom. On top of that the ventilation problem was dire. Only one small window 9ft up.! Window blinds - missing! But there was plenty of really hot water. The wifi worked. The tv was too slow.
