I recently visited Gourmet Shack with my friend Jobin, and we had a good overall experience. We ordered the Peri Peri chicken with Arabic rice – he opted for mild spicy, while I chose hot spicy. The chicken was flavorful and cooked perfectly, and we both enjoyed it. However, the rice felt slightly undercooked, which was a bit disappointing. The mayo was decent, but we didn’t enjoy the other sauce that came with the meal. The ambience of the restaurant was very pleasant, with a spacious layout and a relaxing vibe. Worst experience with this rude person today at Gourmet Shack Chapel Street Luton. This person was making my kid’s burger with his hands. When I asked him why are you not using gloves? He replied very rudely that we don’t use gloves. Go somewhere else. I asked him use the paper and make my son’s burger. He replied, No, I am not making, go from here. Never happened at this place before. This person should be fired from his job.
