Very disappointed with our visit. We bought three Frappuccinos yesterday and, despite there being no whipped cream available, we were still charged full price. The Cookies & Cream Frappuccino was bland and lacked flavour, while the Strawberry Frappuccino was almost completely white and tasted as though hardly any strawberry syrup had been added. It certainly didn't look or taste like the drink advertised, which should be pink, creamy, and full of flavour. Overall, the drinks were poor and no attention to quality. For the prices Starbucks charges, customers should expect consistency and value

Is Nikki the manager? She’s extremely rude and i do not understand why she shows so much attitude each time we get there. I was so upset with the frappuccino she made, it was tasteless and she kept slamming the blenders, the ice tray or anything that came her way. I don’t usually complain but im really surprised with the terrible level of customer service…

I don’t normally write reviews, however I couldn’t believe the service we encountered on our recent visit. The man serving us on the afternoon of 20/04/26 was absolutely miserable, so much so that if looks could kill I reckon we would’ve both dropped down there and then. He didn’t say a word to us and actually looked like it was an inconvenience us ordering a coffee in a coffee shop. Dirty looks to both myself and my partner leading to us both feeling very uncomfortable on what was meant to be a nice coffee date together. Your employer clearly lacks any sort of experience in customer service,

I had a wonderful experience at Starbucks, enjoying the *Crème Brûlée* coffee. The smooth caramel and vanilla flavors were absolutely perfect. However, what truly made the visit special was Ileana, an incredibly friendly and experienced waitress. With a warm smile and a welcoming attitude, she turned my simple stop into a memorable moment. Ileana is the reason I’ll definitely be coming back!
