My visit to The Baklava Company was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Danish provided the best customer service — friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the desserts. The food was spectacular. I can’t recommend Baklava Company enough — every visit feels like such a treat. We tried the strawberry knafeh cup and it was absolutely incredible. The chocolate was rich, smooth, and tasted so luxurious — you can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. The knafeh itself was generous with pistachio, perfectly balanced, and beautifully layered. The strawberries were fresh and juicy, which cut through the sweetness perfectly and made every bite even better. I’ve visited this café a couple of times now. On my latest visit, I tried the milk cake and a matcha, I requested less ice, and they accommodated it perfectly. The matcha was spot on, and the milk cake was definitely worth trying. Unfortunately, the service still needs improvement. The staff haven’t been very friendly on either visit, and this time there was a noticeable delay after ordering. Great food and drinks, but better service would make the experience much more enjoyable.
