Great for drinks and location staff were friendly enough but food is average. Spent over £80 for food and I wouldn’t say it was worth half that price. Not horrible but not great. Price should reflect quality of food. Don’t mind spending a lot for lunch if it’s worth it. Gluten free menu was small and couldn’t have chips as one of us needed a gluten free meal. Rest of the food was just ok. I always say food is personal choice so give it a try but I will only go for drinks now. Dog friendly as well which is good.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really enjoyed it here. Had the steak with chunky chips, onion rings and mushroom sauce — all of it was proper nice. Steak was cooked well, chips were banging, and the mushroom sauce was really creamy, which made it even better. Good service and a nice atmosphere as well. Would definitely go again.

We came here for a roast today and had a lovely meal. The do to best nut roast I've had, so tasty and full of flavour. Just remember if you are vegetarian and want a Yorkshire pudding you need to ask for one and pay extra. There's lot's of choice on the menu and with something for everyone! Service was quick and the waitresses were all really friendly. There's lot's of seating and the pub is really nicely presented with plenty of free parking. Prices are about average but the quality of the food is top notch.
