Food sounded fantastic, but we just had a pint of Sir Philip bitter and Hanging Stone smoked porter from Winkle Brewery. Lovely, friendly service. Dog friendly!

Heather★★★★★Such a nice bar for a drink. They have some great evening events, some wonderful local beers and beautiful china for tea. The pub is very homely inside, with sofas and log fires, which make it very inviting on a cold winters night. The staff are lovely and the resident dog is very well behaved and a delightful addition. The decor inside is so well done, and they use the wall space to showcase some great local artists!
