I've been to this place many years ago, it's well worth a visit as it has changed so much. If you looking to improve your garden, it's the place to visit. There is so much choice you will be amazed. I left to to long, but it's my go to garden centre. There is an excellent restaurant. Toilets which are always greatly appreciated. The garden plants are fresh and looking healthy, all the garden and patio products difference and stylish. We'll be returning soon.

We booked the Grotto as a group, all separate bookings, I had accidently removed the date we wanted and kept the old date in my basket and booked it! So we all turn up (14 of us!) On 21st December 10am... couldnt find my booking, then we realised what had happened. The young lady (I wish I could remember her name!) who was checking everyone in was so kind and helpful, told us not to worry, if we were all going in together and having 1 big group photo it shouldn't be a problem. She came back and confirmed 'santa' was fine with this as he wouldn't like any one to miss out! ... we could not beli

Honestly I wouldn't give one star I ordered what I thought was a lovely twig tree. Opening it I was horrified. I have spoken via e mail. They take no responsibility but took my money. I am definitely bringing in Trading Standards. So many people have seen this and quite honestly it's a shame they then say I have to pay for it's return. Won't deal with this company again .

The cafe is lovely, however I was really disappointed with the lack of options for anyone with a dairy allergy. My one year old couldn’t even have a piece of toast due to no dairy free butter. The menu is slightly misleading loads of items had a V coming off them with a little plant on the letter. Globally a plant symbol would suggest vegan (dairy free) which was a shame. Given dairy is such a common allergy, having some options would be nice and inclusive for all.
