Picked up our order and drove home sadly to find that we had no fries with our party bucket (supposed to be 6 fries) so had to drive back and explain that our food is now going to be cold so we would like it all fresh. Those working there were incredible and immediately apologised, redoing our entire order, even including extra fries and chicken for our inconvenience. I just really appreciate the amazing customer service to make up for the mistake.

This is what I have for a 3 piece. What I would count as the smallest pieces that the branch can offer. They honestly look like off ends that have broken off. I have opened the beg and this is what I've seen. So so disappointed and this branch of KFC just seems to keep getting worse and great at being disappointing. The order was meant to take 15-30 mins. I ordered at 19:15. The order didn't arrive until 20:15. If you want KFC don't bother with this franchise. It will just make you sad that you've ordered. Do not bother to order online. You can't even take it back to complain.

I have got fresh food and the service was very quick as well. While taking the order, the team is very friendly to communicate and helping me to find the correct meal and box meal for my family. I have known a issues about missing food for multiple orders when my friends was ordering but for me everything was good with 100% accuracy. Well done Maidenhead Team

Found hair in my food. Deliveroo unable to help at all. I’ve now reported to trading standards as this is the third time something has been wrong with my food. The last two occasions food was freezing cold and made us sick.
