Don't order the paella unless you booked a day in advance. We were informed it would take one hour to cook. After that hour we were told we were not the priority as we hadn't reserved the paella before hand and to wait another 30 mins. Wish they told that to us at the start and we would have ordered something else. When it arrived it looked fantastic but had flavour issues. It was bland and can't understand why you would add green beans. Lemons cut in a way that makes it awkward to squeeze. Location was good with parking.

We’ve had really terrible tapas, but on discovering La Taberna this is a restaurant to return to. Authentic, flavourful, and very generous dishes served with friendly smiles - the menu is extensive, and service is not rushed. We’ll definitely be back!

Really enjoyed our date night... Such a beautiful old building with such a lovely atmosphere... I'm gluten free and was really pleased with the amount of options available for me. We went full tapas and I had lots of options which made a wonderful change. Will definitely come back!

We had a great meal here as a birthday celebration. The Tapas were amazing with lots of choices. Our favourites were the chorizo skewers, ham croquettes and traditional potatas. Next time we will definitely pre order and try the paella.
