The food was stale and there must have been the drags of the coffee machine as it was very bitter. The toilets and restaurant are very clean and the staff were lovely. I really liked, as a disabled person, the disabled access. It has a lift, so you can easily go to collect your food. Just a shame that the food is made to sit in a warmer so the egg on my sausage and egg mcmuffin was rubber.

The staff couldn't care less. 5 people waiting in the restaurant for their food for ages. I have waited for my double fish burger for 15 minutes, people preparing the food, are very slow, and look like they don't want to work, and they really don't deserve even this job tbh, my order was placed at 15/04/26 14:39 , delivered 15 minutes later. You could get better employees with better work ethics .

Ordered on the kiosk didn't get a receipt had to look at the board and figure out the number .food ordered at 19:15 as per photo was done at 19:21 didn't get it till 19:35. Delivery drivers were everywhere. Food cold staff rude manager stood doing next to nothing.

Not a great experience, to be honest. It wasn’t overly busy but it still took a long time for a very simple meal to come out. Half the restaurant was closed off, including the toilets, which wasn’t ideal. Only two self-service kiosks were available and both were out of paper. Charging 15p for a pot of sauce after buying a meal is pretty diabolical and feels unnecessarily tight. The only positives were that the staff were polite and the food was fresh — unfortunately not enough to make up for the rest of the experience.
