Very lovely cocktail bar that fits well into the Manchester area. It has a different menu and feel to other cocktail bars around. They all do their own thing really well and Blinker fits in excellently. They have a martini menu of varying types, an Old Fashioned menu of varying types, the classics, then a changing seasonal/monthly menu of something new (as well as nice beer/wine/spirits etc.). The space is great, the staff were very welcoming, it was all really great and we'll look forward to going back. They also do lovely toasties if you're peckish. Go visit. It's great.

Blinker has been a favourite of mine for a while and I can't believe I haven't reviewed it before now! I've never not had friendly, knowledgeable service, delicious drinks and such satisfying bar snacks. I couldn't recommend Blinker highly enough, please tell them what you like, ask about the drinks on the menu and they'll give you something you'll love! Also a great whiskey selection!

The service here was amazing! We got a seat easily and our waitress was very attentive. There's a brilliant range of cocktails and a massive range of wiskey! Cocktails were delicious and didn't take long to come out. There was a lovely chilled atmosphere which made for a relaxing time.
