We had a lovely visit to Siop Shop this morning. The doughnuts were delicious (we had apple fritters and pistachio cream). Hibiscus iced tea was lovely, and filter coffee got a great review from my husband. (Not a coffee drinker personally, but he says it's tricky to make filter coffee that tastes delicious so kudos to the staff!) The interior is funky and the seating area super cute.

The interior is adorably cosy, and the outdoor seating is just as charming. It’s one of those places where every little detail feels thoughtfully put together, creating the perfect spot to slow down and enjoy your coffee. The coffee is great, the sweet treats are just as good, and the whole experience is elevated by how genuinely warm and friendly the staff are. It can get pretty busy (especially on weekends) which is probably its only downside. But honestly, that just tells you how good it is. Siop Shop is a remarkable cafe. At the counter I enquired about the coffee beans and Jake recommended the guest beans, which I ordered in a flat white. This was hands down the best coffee i’ve had in England. The temperature, consistency and flavour was superb. Date of visit 16/11/25

I was on a quick trip to Manchester for a gig, and a friend of mine told me to visit this coffeeshop, and honestly? It is now my turn to highly recommend this place. The staff is friendly and the coffee tasted DELICIOUS. If you love great coffee, this coffeeshop should definitely be on your list. Also how cute is this flatwhite mug??? Their colorful decoration is so cute and definitely sparks some inspiration. Wish I'd brought my sketchbook. If I stayed in Manchester longer, I'm sure I could spend entire days here.
