Initial impressions. Seems a bit lifeless. Drive thru closed. Two staff on that I could see. Tuesday at noon. Order took about 12 minutes. Indian girl on reception was well mannered. Blonde girl that chucked food on the counter and walked off not so. Food excellent and worth the extra wait compared to Maccas. Had a double whopper meal. Overall Burger King could do with a retraining of their disinterested staff and presentation. Food was excellent though 👍🏻

Ordered a Beef melts king box, food arrived just pushed to me in a bag. Not offered any sauces. Went to a table and Took the food out the bag, The Burger bun was dry as a bone, onion rings didn't have any onion in them! Fries were ok. Drinks machine? only one worked but tasted ok when i did get my drink. £9.28 for terrible food? Won't be visiting again

A 35 minute wait for an order, with only 2 other physical orders in the store. Items missing off the order once we took it home. A burger which was turned into a triple without being ordered and was cold. Another burger which wasn't even on the order, and still somehow came squashed and burnt to the extent it was as dry as leather. A spicy chicken royale, where the staff were repeatedly asking which of the waiting royales was the spicy one. After 5 minutes they took them all to the back to open them up to find the spicy one, and it still was served cold. After 30 minutes and having to ask for

Went in because I had a valid code for a bacon double cheese xl (by one get one free) its a pringles promotion with burger king I pull up to the drive thru and I literally told him the code and what it was for he told me to go to second window he still didn't understand it even after showing him on my phone then he told me to go inside so I did and again I showed him on my phone code included and he said he didnt know what it was despite me telling him so I just gave up where do yall employ these people?
