Upper Regency Cafe & Bistro is a nice spot with a good-sized menu offering breakfast, brunch, and lunch options. I had the coronation chicken baguette on brown bread, which was freshly made to order and decent. The lemon drizzle cake was moist and full of flavour. There’s plenty of seating inside, making it a comfortable place to eat. I’d happily come back again.

Upper Regency Cafe & Bistro is a lovely, relaxing place to go. It's very clean, has friendly management and staff and relaxing background music. Its multicultural and I've seen little well-behaved dogs with owners. The menu is large as is the drinks in the fridge and coffees, teas, Moroccan mint tea. The cost is reasonable too, for two adults it may cost between £18 to £25 depending on what you buy. I have never been disappointed. The English breakfast is the best I've ever had. Everything is fresh. Salads are served freshly made. You must experience Upper Regency.
