I’ve been a regular at Chai Palace since they opened in 2025, and it’s honestly one of my favorite go to spots. The quality has always been consistent. The masala chai was so so delicious, the samosa chat was very refreshing and yummy. The aesthetics is genuinely 10/10. There is games like Ludo available which is really nice. The song choices were absolute bangers. Highly recommend

I had high hopes for this place, I saw this on instagram. It’s sad because for a place that’s called chai palace it was one of the worst chai lattes I’ve ever had. First of all it wasn’t iced, it was lukewarm. Secondly it had no chai flavour it was basically a lukewarm cup of milk. Then the food came out. What initially made me want to try this place was how the food was present on instagram. It looks nothing like the pictures I saw and food was very bland. What an amazing visit - from extremely welcoming, polite and friendly staff to incredible food and drinks. The flavour in every single dish was unreal and rich with flavour. There was a group of us and we had the masala fries, French tacos, anday wala burger and the grilled chicken special German schnitzel. Thoroughly recommend all of them! We also tried some teas and homemade iced tea and again, absolutely incredible! The pistachio, mango and tiramasu milk cakes are also something we recommend!
