Good food with fast service. Visited tonight and got a seat without booking which was good as when we were leaving it did look very busy. Ordered the food and payed via the app which is convenient. Unfortunately the frozen cocktails that are on the paper menu are not on the app. We ordered everything but that on the app and went to the counter to order the cocktail. Unfortunately we were told that this branch doesn’t do the cocktails so I do think the menus need to be less universal and more branch specific. We had a brilliant visit to Nando’s in Leeds, thanks almost entirely to the outstanding service from Evie! We managed to get our order wrong a couple of times (my fault for changing my mind last minute!), but Evie was an absolute legend. She handled everything with a smile, sorted out the adjustments quickly, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted without any fuss. I came to Nando’s with my parents and brother, i was welcomed nicely by Hafid who’s sat us down. The service was great and food came in good time, and Maisie in particular was very friendly and talkative and definitely made our experience amazing! I would 100% recommend Nando’s white rose to friends as a great place to eat with family, and i will be coming back again.
