I would like to make a complaint about an experience I had at your store today. This is not the first time I have had a negative interaction with a member of staff called Pauline. On a previous occasion, when I asked how the Starbucks points system worked, I felt she was dismissive and unhelpful. She has an accent. Today, I asked what ingredients were in a particular drink. Pauline looked me up and down and replied, "Read the board, that's what it's there for." I found this response rude and unprofessional. What upset me most was that she appeared friendly and helpful to other customers but

Worst experience ever! The place is with empty shelves and the baristas don’t care! Orders hot chocolates and sat down waiting- they served in take away cups and when I asked, they literally laughed and put it in mugs. Again I checked if it will still stay hot, they said they are topping it up with hot milk! And so am sat here with extra large tasteless brew tasting like nothing

Probably one of the worst Starbucks ive visited for service. 4 team members all communicating with each other through headsets. No welcome to speak of by the server in the baseball cap. Order taken (without names) and our food item was totally forgotten until my wife went and asked for it. I cant emphasise how important it is for staff to create a welcoming environment for its customers. Maybe one staff member could work WITHOUT a headset so they could actually interact with the customers INSIDE the store that they are face to face with 🤷‍♂️. Shoutout to Max who was very helpful and polite, drinks on point apart from the hot chocolate which tasted watered down. Reason for 2 stars is the baker’s cupboard was heaving with flies, really need to sort this issue out! Max was kind enough to fetch us some from the back storage as we would not dare to eat the ones on display.
