It was nice and the staff were lovely, however, there seems to be a bit of a problem regarding ants. There were ants all over the table and seats and I kept having to flick them away. I don’t know if it was because we were sat near the window but it was still worrying as there were loads of ants. The stuffing was also very dry, but the food was ok. No complaints with the staff they were lovely, the ants were concerning tho. We were sat almost immediately too which was nice.

Best Toby carvery I’ve ever been to. Manager and staff were really on it and friendly which makes all the difference. Big portions, best quality of meat and vegetables I’ve had as well for this chain, will definitely be coming back!

Three of us stopped by today (Easter Monday) and had the carvery. It tasted absolutely delicious and was cooked perfectly. The gluten free options were fully explained to our daughter, who follows aGF diet, and she was able to enjoy almost all the carvery foods on offer, inc GF gravy. Would like to suggest that GF Yorks puddings are also offered. That is her fave part of a roast dinner! The service from all the staff was exceptional. Very helpful and pleasant.

Came to stay at the Travelodge next door for a week. Toby carvery staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Made me feel right at home! Ben and Nigel were so great and friendly. They gave me some great recommendations. Will definitely be returning.
