Great drinks (I got matcha) but the lady serving coffee on sunday (14th June 2026) shouldn’t be working in hospitality. When I asked for matcha with cherries in a ceramic cup she asked “do you want it hot?” And i asked “is hot better?” And she looked at me as if i am completely stupid and said in condescending tone “of course cold is better!…” and then u say “okay cold then”. Another women asked for a key to the toilet and same barista said “key? Toilet is unlocked…” again with a tone and expression as if that lady is stupid So unacceptable…

This is still our regular! We've come here once a week without fail for the last 3 years. Still the same lovely & friendly staff, with great coffee ☕️ 😋 and service with a smile... It's very busy at the weekends so, as pensioners, we try to go on Monday's when it's a little quieter... Thoroughly recommend!

This is one of the best Neros you can get, the staff is knowledgeable and efficient, and the seating is cosy and plentiful. The main issue is that too many people treat it as a work place and ruin the experience for those sitting next to them. It shouldn't be allowed to have zoom calls or business meetings in a public place where your competitor can literally hear all your secrets! Plus I don't really want to learn boring details about party wall issues and council approvals of some strangers while I'm trying to have a coffee break from work. As an added insult, the shop has reduced the number
