Most of us have had coffee almost every day some people like myself are able to do without it. That was until I “EXPERIENCED” Costa coffee. To be exact “Caramel latte” coffee ☕️ with a delightful sandwich 🥪 that did not help me at all! It was and clearly still is more-ish. The atmosphere itself, gives you the headspace you need to relax, reflect and reboots your energy. Costa coffee is about the customers and going where someone knows your name or simply who you are. The Christmas Terry’s Chocolate Orange was just a standard hot chocolate, nothing like the advertisement board suggested. No orange flavour, no sprinkles and no nice glass. Service was also very slow with staff prioritising just eats orders over walk in. Time from customer in front of us being served to out order being taken was circa 5 minutes!
