I had dinner here today and it was amazing. I had a cup of leek, potato and cheddar cheese soup then a sweet chilli chicken salad. It was beyond tasty. What was lovely was that everything was freshly made and they were very happy to leave out ingredients I didn't like. Very accommodating. The portions we're very generous and the prices very reasonable. It's only a small cafe but it has a relaxed friendly atmosphere. I will definitely visit again.

What a little local gem!!! Visited randomly over the week as we were in the area looking for breakfast. The front window looks very modestly so we didn’t expect much. The cafe was surprisingly full as we arrived and was still full as we left, with more people coming in and out on a Thursday morning. The wait time was quite high but given how busy the cafe was, it was acceptable. The food - absolutely delicious. Good quality at a low price. The Scotch Egg is highly recommended!

Had lunch here for the first time today. Such a lovely cafe, although busy as it’s so popular and fairly small inside. I had a ham hock and onion chutney panini which was served with coleslaw, salad leaves and some delicate home made crisps…absolutely delicious! Lovely hot chocolate too, all served with a smile and well priced. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back there to try the many other tasty sounding options on the menu!
