We visited Thyme Cafe today as part of the 50% off deal in February and we were not disappointed. The staff were attentive and friendly, service was very quick and the food was delicious. Even without the 50% off the food was very reasonably priced for the quality and the portions received. Will definitely be visiting again to try the main menu!

Sunday Dinner, family of 8... just fantastic! Booked over the phone and had special requests catered for perfectly. We all had the Sunday Dinner offer with Desert and the quality and value for money is superb. It was my Dad's birthday and there were a couple of lovely touches that made the afternoon even better. The roast beef came out pink and I'd forgotten to request well done and it was sorted without any issue. I've had a few Sunday dinners at various places over the years but none better than this. Thank you!

A totally random visit after a long time since I last came here and I was very impressed! There is a new secret garden area which was comfortably furnished and very relaxing with the music. Our 5 year old enjoyed her fish and chips, which was proper fish and chips and a really generous portion, enough for me as an adult, for £5! It was great that we could sit outside too as it was quiet and relaxing - we sometimes struggle with indoor dining with our little one. I was spoilt for choice with the veggie mains but ended up going for the Moroccan salad which is a lighter dish for a summer's aftern

First time at this restaurant and sat out back in a lovely oasis of a garden hidden from the busy built up area it located in. Food took a while to come out but it was fresh and hot, just had to knock 1 star off as the fish pie although tasted amazing the sauce was a bit watery...needs to be thicker to hold the lovely parmesan mash. Waitress was so nice and friendly and great with my young grandson. Would be back if I lived in Sheffield but unfortunately was just visiting my family but will definitely try it again next visit.
