I love this place. Captures the spirit of The Med just past Blaydon. We had the lunch special. 3 course for £12! Their pizza is always amazing. Their menu is extensive and other folks food looked great. Lovely sun terrace and attentive service. Water for the dog too. A treat of a place at a most affordable price.

What a lovely little find, tucked nicely out of the way this place is a treasure. The rooms are well kept, modern, and clean. Beds are lovely and comfy with decent pillows and soft bedding. You are offered your basic amenities (tea, coffee, biscuits and body wash/shampoo), the only thing missing was a hair dryer but what can you do. The outside of the building is well kept with beautiful water features and rockeries, there's a small outdoor patio for guests at the rear of the building which leads to a pond and gorgeous woodland with little bits for children to play on. Me and my partner have just stayed here lastnight, really couldn't fault the place at all! The bar is lovely and chilled where we had pre drinks before our meal, the staff were absolutely lovely and nothing was an issue. The rooms are lovely and clean and cosy. The breakfast this morning was delicious with lots of choice as well as a cooked breakfast! They are so welcoming to your dog too our girl even got a bowl of sausages for breakfast! What a wonderful restaurant with fantastic reasonably priced rooms. Paolo the owner was amazing giving us a lift to the Hadrians wall section of walk we had completed the day before. What a wonderful generous gentleman. Staff were so friendly and helpful - we arrived ready to soak our tired legs in a bath and the kind receptionist and waitress / very helpful friendly lady moved our rooms to accommodate the request for a bath. With the courtesy lifts this is the best and most reasonable and superb venue of the whole Hadrians wall walk. Superb food and music to enjoy at night but not a sound whe
