We celebrated my daughter’s 12th birthday this evening and I cannot express how wonderful the staff were with my family. Me, my husband and our 4 daughters, including my pre-teen 12 year old birthday girl. Sadly, I didn’t get my waiters name but he was friendly, approachable and so patient with my girls’ meal orders and had this “no job too small” attitude which put us all at ease. I love how special they made my daughter feel on her special day. All the staff got involved to sing to her and help celebrate her special day. My daughter chose to come here for her 16th birthday meal. We had a lovely meal, staff were friendly. My daughter even got her dessert on a slate with a birthday message which was a lovely touch. Will definitely be back. Thank you

Great quality food, always tastes amazing and brilliant vegan options!! The only critique I have sometimes the service can be hit or miss, either it's really good or the servers seem disinterested in you, makes me wonder if the staff aren't completely happy with their working environment. But food is always on point and tastes so good, just a shame about the service sometimes!🩷 I would still recommend this place highly if you're vegan because their vegan range is high quality!!

We were a family of 9 including my Grandchildren.The staff were friendly, it was busy but our order was taken quickly and the starters arrived after a short wait. Our main courses weren't too long after. The food was really nice and my gluten free pizza base was nice and thin. There was only 1 ladies toilet open as the other was locked. The other toilet was full of paper and the flush was broken so it was smelly. A member of our party reported it to a member of staff but it wasn't fixed.
