Daughter has just been to the drive thru at approx 7.40pm for 3 reg MEALS, 2 x qtr lb cheeseburger & 1 x McChicken Sandwich, with 3 x Tropicana, 2 x orange & 1 x apple, and 1 crispy cheese bites extra, for £25.56. She has arrived home, no fries 🍟 at all in the bag, and no receipt in there either! Tried calling 01782 714243 three times and no answer, it just rings and rings until it cuts you off. So we are very unhappy. We live 6 miles away so not really practicable to drive back, we have just eaten what we were given whilst it was warm. I would love to hear back from the manager at the Spring

Went this morning 1st time in a long time 4/3/26 there was almost empty took about 10 minutes for 1 double sausage muffin food was hot and good the member of staff that served Mr was nice but now the reason for my 2 stars the manageress I'd ask if they still sold the toys separately the person that served me said I'm not sure I'll ask my manager which I heard her ask the manageress response was and in the most rudest tone NO IM NOF DOING THAT IM PUTTING THAT THROUGH JUST NO the loverly girl came back and said we don't sorry I said I heard but thank you the then manageress went on to shout at h

I’ve had Chicken Selects before and really enjoyed them, but today’s experience at this location was a massive letdown. I waited nearly 30 minutes in the drive-thru—which defeats the purpose of "fast food"—only to be served poor-quality food. The chicken selects were mushy and bland, with a texture that didn't even feel like real chicken. Compared to a year ago, the price has jumped to £9+, yet the size has shrunk by at least 20%. To top it off, the staff forgot the dips entirely. Paying more for smaller, tasteless, mushy chicken and waiting half an hour for it is unacceptable. I won't be buyi

Ordered on the mcdonald's app using some of my reward points. The medium fries I chose as part of their rewards scheme was missing from my order. The milkshake I ordered tasted sour and was very lumpy and runny at the same time... it tasted off and was undrinkable I had to throw it away.
