Sub way at royal stoke has been a bless for me lately with all my hospital appointments and been in an out of A&E open 24 hours after a long wait in hospital made fresh to order better the order vendor machine crap I’ve had no issues,

Rude staff! My first time visiting and the worker said to me I’m not serving you and you’re not allowed here after mistaking me for someone who must have previously been barred and walked off with out an explanation, then the supervisor came and explained that it was a case of mistaken identity and didn’t even offer an apology she then went on to explain that she can’t tell her workers how to do their job when customers are there. Manners cost nothing a simple apology would have sufficed there was no need for such rude service from both the supervisor and the worker a simple apology would have

It says 24 hours open , but I went yesterday night at around 1 :00Am and tonight at 00:15 Am, all the time it’s closed. And no note to say anything about the timing.
