Hortons Coffee Lounge is easily one of my top favourites in Newport. The staff are genuinely some of the friendliest people you’ll meet always welcoming, always looking after you, and happy to have a proper chat. You can tell they truly care about giving everyone a great experience, and that alone keeps me coming back.
