Awful. The first and last time ordering here, it’s all been binned. XL chicken burgers that were an absolute state. They looked like they’d be run over, then kicked around the road! Nothing like the pics advertised. Burger buns were rock hard, barely any lettuce. The common the cob was so burned it was inedible. The fries were wet, soggy and clearly reheated. They were a mush at the bottom of the bags.

My son ordered takeout from here. I had never heard otf it, so declined! Half hour later he was Ill and on the toilet all even.....Luckily he hadn't eaten much, as you can see!!! Not sure what the hygiene rating is?? It doesn't appear to be on here!! I like to know where its coming from and who are handling my food, so didn't have any, luckily as it pays dividends in my experience!! Lesson learnt!!!

I found a lovely hair in my sauce pot. Also lots of what I can only describe as ‘fluff’ or ‘dust’ coating my chicken in my wrap. Chips were stone cold. Mozzarella dippers stone cold. Rice Luke warm. Phoned to complain and wasn’t even given an apology. Waited over an hour for it to arrive. Totally unacceptable when I have spent £40. Just hope I can get my money back. We can only afford 1 takeaway a month (pay day today) and this month has been wasted.

Hadiyya was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful while taking my order. I had quite a large order, but she remained friendly, attentive, and made the whole process easy. The food was fresh, delicious, and served to a great standard.
