This was our second visit to Vanilla Spice and it was equally as good as the first. Staff were very welcoming, attentive and accommodating. We were undecided on a couple of dishes and the waitress helped us make a choice which was a good one. The food was very tasty and portions were generous. There was some food left over and the staff asked if we wanted to take it home which was great but decided not to. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning again soon.

Went for a birthday meal here this evening, what can I say . The atmosphere was perfect, the food was amazing and the service was the best and exceptional with very friendly helpful staff . Absolutely the best Indian restaurant. Staff also went out of their way to sort the cake and bring it to the table with a big sparkle at no extra cost and put a birthday song on . It was a real pleasure to eat here .

📍Vanilla Spice Newport X Roar Beer Last week we went to Vanilla Spice in Newport for some premium Indian cuisine. We started with a pint of Roar beer, a premium vegan lager, which works perfectly with any food with a touch of spice. After some chicken pakoras and vegetable samosas we were ready for mains. First was the Vanilla spice mixed grill, an absolute meat feast including chicken, lamb, kebab and king prawns. Then chicken korma with rice and naan bread. Our 'go to' Indian restaurant when family & friends visit us. Great atmosphere, wonderful service & the food is very good. You do pay above average here, but it is worth it.
