Pala is a stunning little restaurant that I found by chance looking for Italian food. The pizza is incredible with delicious flavours. We had the tiramisu for dessert as well which was yummy! The girls working were really attentive and very friendly and the atmosphere was great. It was a little quiet on a Sunday but they had a great playlist and the restaurant was half full for the whole 2ish hours we were there. We had another amazing experience at Pala for our hockey end of season meal. This is now our third year in a row coming here, and every time the food and service have been exceptional. Overall, it was a below-average experience for a midweek pizza night. I was really looking forward to trying sourdough pizza in Northamptonshire, but this place was disappointing. We waited around 55 minutes for our pizzas, even though every other table was served before us, and they also forgot our starter. My pizza had a very runny tomato sauce that tasted almost uncooked and wasn’t seasoned properly. The mozzarella also didn’t taste like premium quality, especially for a £17 pizza. Definitely save your money. They do serve gluten free pizzas and gf bread but its addiitonal 2.50£ per sli
