I thought this was fairly ‘corporate’, rather dated restaurant in terms of decor. I felt that the prison bar-style partitions (see photos) were a trifle unfortunate and gave the impression of sudden incarceration without parole. I think this needs to be sorted: there are lots of other, more creative ways to delineate private, discrete spaces. Located near the Castle this restaurant offers a great range of meats dishes and drinks. Staff friendly and helpful. Selected the Tommahawk steak to share, was great quality and taste. Cocktails were great quality and taste too. Restaurant had good and clean lines and lighting. Let down by the dreaded service charge (11%) on the bill, I never understand the need for these charges, and alas means I won't be going back, however thats a personal thing,but be aware. Steps into the building makes.it difficult for wheelchair users. Come for the Tommahawk, stay away for the service charge.
