I ordered a caramel frapuccino, this is my regular order at Starbucks and I have one daily. This is my first time at this branch and when I received my drink it was pale and full of ice. It barely tasted like coffee and didn’t look anything like what they serve at every other franchise. Becky was very rude when I said my drink isn’t up to standards, I said it was pure ice and she sarcastically responded “well it is an ice drink”. This is a very condescending tone. She was also speaking to the staff working with her rudely . She needs a lesson in customer service and decorum. My drink was event

Great coffee and service but the toilets are horrendous! Toilet seats are so broken you almost fall off the loo 😵‍💫 even better these aren’t open to the general public, you have to get a code after purchase for this treatment 🫣

Popped in here today for a much needed cuppa with family. Convenient from the train station. The lady that served us was lovely. Happy and cheerful, service with a smile. Had a bit of a wait, but didn't mind as they were busy. Spotlessly clean inside shop but toilets need more checks for cleanliness. They obviously get used loads. No window. Could do with air fresheners and change of air. That aside, we thoroughly enjoyed our coffee and refreshments.
