I finally decided to have KFC after a long time after my previous bad experiences. I don’t know what is the issue with the hot wings. They are mostly blackish colour, terrible taste and from experience the wings and kept in deep freeze for god knows how long. The wings have no ligaments and detached from bones because of the age in deep freeze. To add on that the wings taste like they were cooked hours before. I don’t know what’s the policy in KFC, surely you can’t give the costumers food that has sat for hours. I am preety sure no one will bother with this comment but I have been UK since 20

I finally went back after items missing from my last orders. I had just finished worked and ordered 3 meals for me and my kids, drove all the way home (6 miles) to find out yet again, 2 items of the order was missing and I think inch long bone in my zinger burger. Im done with the place now. The service is slow, and food is getting worse. The orders that they get right.

I ordered from here for delivery. Very poor. Everything was cold, burgers, gravy, chicken. I spent £45 on two meals that were cold and wrong. I ordered sweet chilli sauce and I was given spicy mayo. I also ordered an extra side of beans which was £3 and I didn't receive them. This was very poor and I'm very unhappy. I will not be ordering from here again !
