We visited last weekend after a recommendation from my sister in law. It was lovely and quiet on a Saturday afternoon. To be fair we got there for opening time. Lovely clean calm restaurant. Absolutely amazing food, really fresh and tasty! The portions are also massive, so definitely worth sharing. The Porto Platter was a great way to sample the chicken and prawns, and the Calistos Portuguese style steak was also superb! We had a great experience at Calisto’s Restaurant. The place is clean, welcoming, and very child friendly, which made dining with kids easy and relaxed. The food was excellent. The seafood platter had a really good variety, and the cod, mussels, calamari and prawns were all juicy, fresh, and full of flavor. My husband, 2 boys and I went in last weekend for a meal. On entry, there is some quran playing which sounds so peace. Further into the restaurant there is classy music playing which we didnt mind at all. It added to the ambience. We were served by a lady (i forget her name) with short her and a bright smile.
