We had a wonderful celebratory birthday meal at The Gamekeepers. The aesthetic inside is traditional but upmarket, yet remaining warm and inviting. The personal touch provided by the management to explain the menus was unexpected but greatly appreciated. The food was superb; it was well presented and with minimal wait times. Most importantly, it tasted exceptional. The Gamekeepers sits on the pricier side of “pub dining” (£115 for 2 people with no alcoholic drinks. 2 courses each + 1 pudding to share).
