Had a fantastic meal at Beefeater! From start to finish everything was spot on. Our waitress, Vicky, was absolutely brilliant — friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome without ever being overbearing. The food was amazing, especially the steak… genuinely one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time. Cooked perfectly, full of flavour, and clearly great quality. An all-round excellent experience and we’ll definitely be back. Huge thanks to Vicky and the kitchen team! 🥩👏

Went there around 8pm on Sunday evening hoping to have a pint and walk back home. The staff member at the entrance just shook his head and said they were only serving Premier Inn guests. The way it was done was dismissive and unprofessional. What made it worse was that there were clearly other people inside who did not look like hotel guests. It did not make sense and the whole interaction felt very unwelcoming. Really disappointing experience. I will not be returning.

Went there for dinner, only to be told at the entrance that they were not accepting anyone except Premier Inn guests. There was nothing online or outside to indicate this, so the journey there ended up being a complete waste of time. If access is restricted, they should be upfront about it so people can plan accordingly. Turning people away at the door with no prior notice is poor customer service and reflects badly on the place. Would not recommend based on this experience.
