⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely one of the best mixed grills we’ve ever had! We visited The Railway Inn on Bromford Lane and were blown away by the quality and portion size. The mixed grill was cooked to perfection — every item was full of flavour, tender, and served sizzling hot. You can tell they use quality ingredients and take real pride in their food. This place is awesome! The staff are wonderful and kind. The food is beautiful the butter chicken is filled with so much flavour and taste absolutely beautiful I recommend trying even the lamb dishes you can taste how fresh the meat really is. Lovely who works there is really helpful with telling us and recommending us different dishes.

Sadly, this place feels like it’s gone downhill and become overly commercialised. The portions are very small for the price, especially when compared to what other places nearby offer. The “Mega Grill” is more like a standard large, and nearly £3 for chips gets you an amount similar to a medium McDonald’s fries. The food doesn’t taste traditionally grilled or BBQ’d either — it comes across as if it’s been boiled, then seasoned and briefly finished on a sizzler rather than properly cooked on the grill. Came here as a last minute change of plan and they reserved us a table despite being very busy. Food was tasty and the overall atmosphere was good! Prices were very reasonable. I would definitely go back.
