the worst food & service i have had today. full peri chicken is like steamed chicken literally put peri sauce on top, hot chick box suppose to be cheesy chips but meyo on chips and got chicken and chips for my kids chicken size smaller than wings. service is awful never coming again

The food used to be really nice we used to go twice a week because we loved it. After they were closed for a while, though, something changed. We gave it a few chances and went back three times, but each visit was disappointing. The burger and doner were tasteless, and it felt like the food wasn’t prepared properly anymore. Such a shame compared to how good it used to be.

I got the hot chik box the stir fry donner was nice and so was the two wings nice flavour. The burger was tasteless with a strand of lettuce on and not much mayo, please specify there cheesy chips but if I would of known I wouldn't of got it the cheese is rubbish it tastes horrible so I couldn't eat the chips average food won't be ordering again

-Ordered a chicken steak with chips and a drink, it was £19 for 2 portions. The food was fine, but it did not taste anything like steak chicken, it should be a thin layer of chicken cut into small pieces and have a grilled texture on it. It tasted more like chicken curry. -Had to grab the plates myself, and bring them to the table, 3 rounds of walking to get everything on the desk. Please serve people if they’re going to sit down and eat. -No bathroom, have to go upstairs from behind the counters to get to a bathroom, not ideal.
