Very unhappy. Ordered on uber eats for my lunch and received someone else’s order. The order I received is not mine. Company refused to allow me to come to collect the food I actually ordered, not helpful and a waste of my money. Very disappointed as I have been a regular customer for a while and was not offered a replacement for the food they didn’t give me. I feel robbed of my money as I literally offered to come and pick up the correct order. So now I’m spending my lunch without my dinner. Clearly they only care about money. DO NOT ORDER

I placed an order through Just Eat and clearly stated in the delivery notes (in BOLD) that the driver must call on arrival and not knock or ring the doorbell as my children were asleep. Despite this the driver rang the bell multiple times and repeatedly knocked until the door was opened waking my children. Right, I've ordered from toronto from when it was dallas so a long time. It was my original go to for a spicy chicken burger and wings but after tonight I won't be ordering ever again! Forget customer service, some people need a lesson in common courtesy for how the phone was passed over!! It's not the first time I've received sub par over cooked wings and chicken that's been left in the heater but I've overlooked it in the past because the burger is my main and I've never had an issue.
