I ordered a meal from Itchu in Oxford city centre through Deliveroo and was shocked to find what appeared to be a beetle inside the food. I have photographic evidence showing the insect in the container. Finding an insect in a prepared meal raises serious concerns about food hygiene and quality control. This was extremely unpleasant and completely ruined the meal. I have contacted Deliveroo regarding the issue and hope the restaurant investigates how this contamination occurred to prevent it happening to other customers. Very disappointing experience.

I was hungry for lunch but wanted something quick, luckily this was on the way. I just got a sampler and a roll. Both were delicious and I was satisfied with my lunch. Purchasing was easy and there were lot of seating options there but I chose take out. I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.

This is a mango cheesecake mochi I purchased from itsu and just realized this is expired for over two months! What’s even more terrible is that they wrote the new date on top of the expired date. This is so wrong. I started to question the credibility all other food from itsu and wonder how much of them is expired and pretended to be not.

It was a wonderful experience dining here, as all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Istvan was especially polite and kind, and he patiently showed me how to use the self-service system without any hesitation. I visited for lunch with my daughters, and we were very pleased with how helpful and attentive everyone was. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family for lunch.
